The short version

15 years at the intersection of business strategy, customer growth and AI delivery. I started in telecom engineering, moved into management consulting, and built a career leading CX, CVM, digital and AI transformation programmes across the GCC, US and Central Asia.

Most transformation projects fail not because the technology does not work, but because nobody connected it to the business problem, got people to adopt it, or measured whether it delivered value. That is what I do — across AI, CX, CVM and digital.

I have deployed production Agentic AI, GenAI and AI Co-Pilots. I have also built predictive models by hand, written SQL, designed executive dashboards, run 50+ workshops, and built a CVM team from scratch.
